The first procedure in organic fertilizer production is composting! Self propelled windrow turner is widely used in windrow composting system. Organic raw materials, such as animal manure, green waste, biodegradable MSW (municipal solid waste) are piled into long windrows. To increase oxygen for the composting process, the windrow should be turned or aerated by compost turner.

2. High Moisture Fertilizer Crusher-Model: ALCLSFS-60
Crushing is the second process in small scale organic fertilizer production. This crusher has a wide application: straw, grass, stalk, waste of cardboard, bamboo, wood scraps, coconut shell, corn stalk, peanut shell, wheat stalk, wood fuel, cotton stalk, biomass shell and so on.

3. Horizontal Mixer-Model: ALCWSJB-70
After commercial composting, high-grade compost will be evenly blended with other materials, such as humic acid (humic acids as a value added item).
